Some parts shine, others fall flat

The old-fashioned key and spacious room with a big TV added a cozy touch to my stay.

The heating struggled to maintain comfort, making the chilly winter night feel much longer than necessary.

The room was great modern, provided us with easy access to the ALCAN HWY as well as wood flooring, it was a really really nice stay all in all. The staff was all outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind. The vibe here was family.

The staff is accommodating here, the services are excellent, and location is excellent next to British Columbia, and restaurants...

The bathrooms are quite small.

Shannon Motel greeted me with a spacious Beautiful Family Room. The room featured a comfortable couch perfect for lounging. I appreciated having a window that opened for fresh air. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The nostalgic touch of the old-fashioned key added a unique charm. The coffee maker lacked filters and coffee, inconvenient. The bathroom amenities were limited, and I wish there were more toiletries available. Despite these minor inconveniences, the clean, new laminate flooring and cozy atmosphere were good.

While the room size and amenities were decent, several aspects fell short of expectations. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was on the verge of collapse, and the stove had seen better days with temperature settings that were unreliable. The absence of coffee supplies was great, a petty but notable inconvenience for those needing their caffeine fix. Noise from neighboring rooms crept in occasionally.
